王培欣,女,汉族,1995年3月生,山西省长治人,中共党员。2013年-2017年在山西农业大学农学院农学专业读本科,获农学学士学位;2017-2022年在中国农业大学农学院作物栽培学与耕作学专业攻读研究生,获农学博士学位;2022年7月-2024年8月在北京市农林科学院草业花卉与景观生态研究所从事博士后研究工作;2024年8月至今在内蒙古农业大学农学院工作。
